This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS Code for this purchase is 33911. This is a total small business set-aside. The purchase is for: 1) PQ200A Ambient Fine Particulate Sampler (Audit Version) and; 2) PQ100 Portable Air Sampler. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1 in that BGI, Inc. is the only known source for this acquisition. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the required products are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contract Specialist within 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
