NASA/GSFC intends to procure services from Trillion Quality Systems LLC. It is our understanding that Trillion Quality Systems LLC is the only vendor that can provide the expertise support for NASA/GSFCs system upgrade for the existing Aramis Digital Image Correlation (DIC) system and the replacement ARAMIS Rack Computer M Model.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 9:00am EST, September 24, 2015. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. It is the bidders responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments. Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
