Class II, Type A2; 2 ea UV Light, P/N 6E34; 2 ea Base Stand 30 inches to work surface, P/N NU-400-105; 2 ea Biological Safety Cabinets, 230V/50Hz electrical configuration, P/N NU-425-400E, 4? Class II, Type A2; 2 ea UV light, P/N 4E21; 2 ea Base Stand, 30 inches to work surface, P/N NU-400-104; 3 ea Biological Safety Cabinets, 230V/50Hz electrical configuration, 6? Class II, Type A2, P/N NU-425-600E; 3 ea UV Light, P/N 6E21; and 3 ea Base Stand, 30 inches to work surface, P/N NU-400-105, as required by US Naval Medical Research Unit No. 3, Cairo, Egypt. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
