This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


Minimal Essential Characteristics
Biomedical Equipment Calibration Stations


The following are the Minimal Essential Characteristics for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) kits, training, and installation.

1. Must be useable with the Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment. Results must be able to be analyzed by Fluke MET/BASE Software Engine for MET/CAL MET/TRACK Version 8.1 and Calibration Reports must be compatible with Crystal report Professional 2008 SP3. software.
2. Must be compatible with Fluke Biomedical items identified on quote. See below.
3. Must have expiration date no less than six months from time of manufacture.
4. Training and installation may not exceed two (2) weeks
5. A certification report must be provided to end users of all items calibrated on Fluke ATE system.

Training
1. Training must cover operation and installation for the following Kits/stations upon installation.
2. Training must be performed by Fluke certified technicians.
3. Training must be completed during two installation period.

Electrical Safety add-on Kit P/N 4562308
a. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
b. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items: ESA 175/180, ESA601, ISA 601Pro XL, 232D/M, ESA612, ESA620, Medtester 5000C.

c. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
d. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items: Impulse 6000/7000DP, Impulse 4000, QED-6

Infusion kit P/N 4562324
e. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
f. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items:IDA4+, IPT-1, IPT-MC

Patient Simulator Kit P/N 4562336
g. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
h. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items: Cufflink, BP Pump 2 L/M, PS320, 217A, MPS450, PS420, Prosim 4/8, Index 2 Series.

Electrosurgery Kit P/N 4562349
i. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
j. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items: 454A, RF302, RF303, QA-ES II.

Gas Flow-Pressure Kit P/N 4562351
k. Must be compatible with Fluke Metcal version 8.1 software and Fluke Special Purpose Test Equipment.
l. Must be compatible to calibrate the following equipment items: VT Plus, VT Mobile, DPM2+, DPM4 (1G, 1H).
