The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Bon Fire Testing. This requirement is sole sourced to Safety Management Services, 1847 West, 9000 South, Suite 201, West Jordan, Ut. They are authorized by the Department of Transportation to perform and witness testing for the purposes of recommending hazards classification of dangerous goods. Safety Management Services also has partnered with Toole Army Depot for testing. This testing must be performed at an elevation between 4800 and 5100. Any firms believing that they can provide the Bonfire Testing may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Bonfire testing without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
