This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

The objective of this BPA requirement is to purchase application test kits for the Division of Forensic Toxicology (DFT) providing toxicology laboratory testing and consultation for medical examiner investigations, air, land and sea mishap investigation and criminal investigations throughout DoD. Testing of specimens for prescription, over the counter (OTC), synthetic and illicit drugs is the main function of the DFT and requires the use of forensic microplate enzyme immunoassays (EIA) and associated reagents. The application the test kits will be used for is Forensic Applications (Quantitative/Semi Quantitative). The kits require FDA/510 K approval and will use the Blood/Urine & Tissue sample matrices.
