This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0335. CLIN 0001-Carboxen 569, 20/45 Mesh-- 500gm/bottle- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: It is required the product received does not contain more than 5% fines(QTY 20 EACH). Requisition Number W91B9430433101. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- -Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are “Price and Past Performance” and “less important than price”. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
