The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to issue a Repair of Repairables (ROR) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), on a non-competitive basis, from Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Orlando FL. The BOA will provide for Interim Support Repair Services necessary to repair, calibrate, and/or return to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition the AN/USM636(V) also known as CASS or Consolidated Automated Support System, the Reconfigureable Transportable CASS (RTCASS) Variant Stations and each system's repairable components, ancillary equipment and peculiar support equipment. Logistical Support, to include engineering and technical services, ROR support, training, maintenance and material services is included in the BOA. The authority for this sole source action is FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. Lockheed Martin Information Systems is the sole designer, developer, integrator and original equipment manufacturer of CASS, RTCASS Variant stations and associated support equipment and currently has all required depot repair facilities in place for repair of CASS/RTCASS peculiar assets. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses to this notice must be received within 15 days.
