This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation 140G0121Q0159 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business (Amendment 001 removes Small Business Set-aside and now full and open). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) located at 4200 New Haven Road, Columbia, Missouri 65201 requires new multiparameter water quality sondes to supplement its fleet of sondes. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, annual representations and certifications shall be completed electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://sam.gov/content/home in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal

Basis for award: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The quote with the lowest price will be reviewed first and if that quote is found to be technically unacceptable, the next lowest quote will be reviewed, etc. To be considered technically acceptable, offeror shall provide technical brochures or specifications. These technical brochures or specifications must demonstrate the proposed equipment meets or exceeds all the minimum characteristics listed above. All vendors must quote Authentic, Manufacturer certified/warranted products in original, intact manufacturer's packaging, no "Gray Market", counterfeit, or resale items shall be considered.
