The requested item shall be delivered to Go Energisitics Warehouse: Attn: GoE-VA Project, 13290 Contractor Dr., Chico, CA 95928. System shall be able to test for the following analyses: ALB, ALP, ALT, AST, BUN, Ca, Cl-, CRE, GLU, K+, Na+, TBIL, tCO2, TP, CHOL, CHOL/HDL, nHDLc, HDL, LDL, TRIG, VLDL Panel test results in approximately 12 minutes Sample types: blood, plasma or serum LCD touch screen EMR connectivity through USB connection Storage- up to 5000 patient results stored Quality Control Protocol that provides automatic QC with every patient sample. Thermal Printer Wired or wireless data transfer into electronic medical record.
