This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for nine (9) 8 Cryogenic 316SS Class 150 Wafer Body Butterfly Isolation Valves and one (1) 8 Cryogenic 316SS Class 150 Wafer Body Butterfly Isolation Valve with positioner per the attached Specifications. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 332911. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the Online System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Databases prior to award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to MSFC, Central Receiving, Bldg. 4631, MSFC, AL. Delivery date TBD. Offers for the items described above are due by April 8, 2013 by 4:00 P.M.
