The system must satisfy each of the following requirements: 1.CrystalWave Instrument 2.CrystalWave Wavefront Analysis Software 3.Control computer system (or better) a.2.6 GHz Pentium IV b.56 Megabytes RAM c.60 Gigabyte hard disk d.13/32x CDR Drive e.17” Flat panel display f.Keyboard & Mouse g.Microsoft Windows 2000 h.Microsoft Office – Basic Edition 4.Data acquisition/display electronics 5.All necessary cables and power supplies 6.12 months of software updates/maintenance 7.Technical support for set-up and operation via telephone/email 8.Wet/Dry Testing 9.XY IOL Alignment stage 10.One Dry IOL holder 11.One lambda/20 RMS Cuvette with IOL insert 12.Video alignment monitor 13.Single validated glass test lens for periodic verification 14.Negative Lens Option - Provides the ability to measure negative power lenses; -10 D to 30 D; an auxiliary lens is mechanically mounted and aligned for easy flip in use to change measurement range from standard range of 7 D to 120 D. 15.ISO Model Eye 16.Precision Wet Cuvette - Capability to measure lenses in solution 17.IOL Holder insert - Standard Haptics – Wet 18.IOL Holder - Standard Haptics – Dry 19.Temperature Control Option 20.Installation / training 21.Engineering Applications Support 22.546 nm Filter Option An award will be made in fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice. Sources may submit a quote, which fully demonstrate their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
