The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Disease (USAMRIID) is posting this Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement to provide a CTL-ImmunoSpot S6 Ultimate Analyzer for USAMRIID. The minimal essential characters (MECS) are attached.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516. Interested parties should furnish the following information (1) company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address and website address. (2) Business type (3) A capabilities statement regarding similar projects completed within the last five (5) years; minimum information must include the following: final contract price, project location with a brief description of the project and (4) CAGE Code, DUNS Number and a list of Government solicitation sites that your company is available on (i.e. FedBizOps, GSA eBuy, GWAC, FedBid, NASASEWP, NITACC etc.). Electronic versions of your statement, ten pages or less shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. No telephone calls will be accepted. Responses are due NO LATER THAN 13 August 2015 at 03:00 PM Eastern.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
