This requirement is sole sourced to IPG Photonics Corporation, 50 Old Webster Road, Oxford, MA 01540 as the only fiber laser that is randomly polarized Erbium Fiber Laser, centered at 1550nm, with a wavelength of 2nm, 100W of output power, and terminated with a 4.2 mm beam diameter collimator. Any firms believing that they can provide the Fiber Laser may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Fiber Laser without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
