The Chemistry-Immunodiagnostic Testing Cost Per Test (including reagents and supplies, the chemistry/immunoassay analyzer equipment (new equipment only) and maintenance, at no extra charge to the Government.

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to respond via e-mail LIMITED TO the following information: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.), 2) Confirmation of ability to provide ALL the above mandatory chemistry immunodiagnostic tests, and 3) Confirmation of DRY SLIDE TECHNOLOGY (WATERLESS TESTING) SYSTEM (NEW EQUIPMENT ONLY)(include equipment nomenclature and model number and a brief, one short paragraph description of capabilities). Contract Type - A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract is anticipated.

Period of Performance - To be determined.

Responses are due no later than 1:00 PM Pacific, Monday, 13 May 2013, and shall be electronically submitted to [email protected]. All responses will be used for market research purposes for a future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
