There are no other manufacturers or distributors that offer a flashlamp pumped Er:YAG laser with such high power in multimode and single mode operation. Any firms believing that they can provide the specific materials noted above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
