Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-05-Q-3581 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of supplies is required by 30 October 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a sole source action with Cambustion LTD since they are the only source capable of providing the required unit with a response time of less than one (1) millisecond.
