The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) with General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc., 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494, 4 each- TACLANE-GigE Units, part number GE-99100-1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date. Responses are required to be submitted before August 31, 2012 11:59 pm via e-mail to [email protected]. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
