Roudebush Medical Center, Indianapolis. The Imaris software will be used in conjunction with light sheet microscopy to obtain detailed images of axon growth/regrowth in lesion areas of spinal cord injuries as well as studies involving tracing specific neurons in the brain and how downstream systems they control are affected post-injury and post-therapy.
