This is a Sources Sought Notice as defined in FAR 15.201(e). This is not a solicitation. The Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) is requesting information to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses that can provide Clinical Immunochemistry Analyzers to the VA Manila Regional Office and Outpatient Clinic located at 1501 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, 1302 Philippines. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of qualified sources relative to NAICS - 334516, Size Standard - 500 employees. Qualified parties are invited to respond. Responses shall include company name, address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers, email address, DUNS number and a capability statement. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award, nor does the notice restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
