This Request for Quote (RFQ) is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The National Data Buoy Center has a requirement to purchase Inductive Modems as described in the attached solicitation (SF1449). In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302.1 only one responsiblie source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, DOC intends to sole source via brand name for the products listed in the SF1449. All quotes shall be priced as Firm-Fixed Price. Quote will need to include the delivery date and validity date of proposal as well as be priced with FOB DESTINATION to Building 3204, SSC, MS 39529. If delivery price is not included in proposal, the government assumes FOB DESTINATION has been elected.
