This acquisition is sole sourced to VMetrix, CAGE 1Q7K4, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This acquisition is for the following:

1 each Model JVS300D Direct JVS to JVS Compare Kit; Delivery 4 weeks ARO

1 each MMWS75 upgrade including: Latest firmware for your MMWS75 Synthesizer, Upgrade MMWS75 main interface PCB to current standard, Add power control to MMWS75 Synthesizer, Replace MMWS75 output amplifier to increase power, Repackage MMWS75 Head Module to current standard, MMWS75 all functions test and max Power vs. F plot; Delivery 16 weeks ARO

1 each Programmable Voltage Source add-on to your JVS; Delivery 12 weeks ARO

This procurement must include a Standard Commercial Warranty. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2*, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this order. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.

*The sole evaluation factor for award is lowest price technically acceptable.
