This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's award of a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Microgenics Corporation, 46500 Kato Road, Fremont California 94538 pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Cloud Minnesota procured Microgenics CEDIA Drugs of Abuse assay reagents, calibrators and controls for use of VA owned equipment, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures.
