The US Army C-E LCMC, Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tektronix, Inc., Beaverton, OR 97077, a firm fixed price purchase order. The purchase order will be for the delivery of a logic analyzer (TLA7016), an analyzer module (TLA700), a Pat Gen Module (Tla7PG2) , and a logic analyzer probe (P6960). The logic analyzer will be used to create a cost efficient radar. Because these items are part of a system they must be compatible with a Tektronix LVCMOS probe and Mictor to P6960 adapters. It is essential that the analyzer be able to run a large amount of legacy test/diagnostic software written in Visual Basic and Labview. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) ; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required equipment may submit a quote to b e considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: NVESD, Warehouse, Bldg 335, 5961 Putnam Road, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060. All equipment shall be delivered within 45 days from award date. The anticipated award date is 20 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
