This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-15-T-0072
, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423840. Only qualified offers' may submit bids. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed.
Synopsis:
Requirement. The awarded contractor shall provide timely delivery of Government requested material to the address provided below unless otherwise specified by the Government. The Government is procuring fifteen totes each with the capacity of holding 275 gallon each.


a. The contractor shall provide the following quantity of totes:
