The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to TEC5USA Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each Multispectral USB 2.0 Base System Part No. 11-0130007-00, 1 each SC-MMSI Spectrometer Cassette include 1X ZEISS MMSI Spectrometer Module from 340-1100NM with SMA input on front panel Part No. 11-0130202-11, 1 each SC-PGS NIR 2.2 TC Spectrometer Cassette include 1X ZEISS PGS 2.2 TC module from 950-2200NM with SMA input on front panel Part No. 11-0130211-21 and 1 each Labview Driver Software for all TEC Electronics (Windows 2000/XP) Part No. 11-2010023-00. Additional specifications will appear on RFQ. Sole source based on equipment being proprietary to TEC5USA Inc. (Microsoft IE required). See notes(s) 22.
