Radius of curvature = 600.0 mm (23.622"); 4. Conic constant = -0.9465923 (0 = sphere, -1 = parabola); 5. Off axis distance = 100.0 mm (3.937") from parent axis to center of aperture); 6. Wavefront error: lambda/20 rms surface figure at 633 nm, over clear aperture; 7. Scratch/Dig: 60/40; 8. Coating: aluminum mag fluoride or aluminum SiO2 (whichever gives highest average reflectivity over a bandpass of 345-1600 nm). This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See note 26.
