This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, brand name only, firm fixed price contract to Optos Inc Mfg, 199 Forest St., Marborough, MA 01752-3099 for the following: One (1) each Panoramic 200 Head Scan Instrument Table, including Capture PC, PC Cart, Patient Chair and minimum of 1 year warranty, for 314th Medical Gp/SGSL 1090 Arnold Dr, Bldg 1090, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. No substitutes shall be accepted. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
