This requirement is sole sourced to LA Vision Inc., 301 W. Michigan Ave., Suite 403, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 due to compatibility with existing hardware and software. This request is an upgrade of an existing system. Any firms believing that they can provide the FlowMaster 2-D Particle Imaging Velocimetry System may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the equipment without causing programmatic hardship.
