NASA/GSFC has a requirement for the following:1)P/N: H8711-300 Photomultiplier Assembly with R&600-300-M16 PMT (Standard Spec); QTY:100.NASA/GSFC intends to purchase these supplies from Hamamatsu Corporation. HamamatsuCorporation is the only manufacturer that meets all the required specifications for thephoton counting detector (H8711-300).The authority is FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one source reasonably available.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.DO Rating is DO-C9.
