The National Institute of Standards and Technology is seeking businesses who can provide Photon Counting Modules meeting all of the following specifications: Solid state design; Sub-nanosecond photon pulse pair resolution; Time resolution 300 ps; Maximum count speed 500 MHz; Multi-photon resolving capability minimum of four (4); Dark counts less than 400 cts/sec; Cooling and preamps built in; Capable of over-illumination without irreversible failure; Minimum sensitive area 100 micron; Spectral sensitivity from 650-900 nm; Physical size of entire module: less than 53mm x 53mm x 45mm.***Vendors must submit documentation of their ability to provide the modules described herein meeting all specifications described herein.*** Vendors shall identify their business size, (small, small-disadvantaged, hub-zone, large etc.) in accordance with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
