The government intends to acquire on a non-competitive basis, from Sypris Electronics, LLC, Tampa, FL 33612-0000, the OEM. The parts will be used with the Threat Video Encodin/Decoding System (TVEDS). The TVEDS is a Rackmount Encryption equipment and is utilized to enhance existing components at the Naval Air Station, Fallon, NV. In order to support joint configuration and interoperability requirements, parts must be 100% compatible with the existing TVEDS equipment. The agency is in need for 1 each Rackmount (3 Unit), P/N 360295900; 4 each Rackmount (2U DB-25) 2 unit with redundant power supply, (DB-25 configuration), P/N 36028530; 2 each Encryption-Decryption KIV-19A, P/N 36026950. FOB destination delivery to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Norco, CA 92860. Estimated delivery is 120 days. Oral Solicitation N00244-04-T-0784 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award is July 20, 2004.
