The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to TA Instruments, Incorporated. The procurement consists of 2 Replacement Std DSC-RCA Cells - 2910, and a Replacement Cell for Q2000/Q1000DSC, NSWC-IHD has a requirement for theses DSC Cells in order to perform mandatory A&E safety testing. Without these replacements, the critical instruments are inoperable. The applicable (NAICS) code is 334516. The FSC code is 6630. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
