The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a Lambda 950 with UV WINLAB, Sphere 150MM INGASS/PMT ASSY, Spectrum 100S FTIR (CsI)/Spectrum S/W, Mains Lead USA 2M 125V 16A, Integrating Sphere for Spectrum 100, and Common Beam Depolarizer. To meet this requirement NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement with Perkinelmer LF Anlytcal Sciences Shelton, CT 06484. Award of a firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however all responsible sources submitting quotes within 12 days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
