The Air Force intends to negotiate (on a sole source basis) with North Atlantic Instrumentss for the purchase of 13 Model 5300, Programmable Resolver/synchro Standars. The Government does not have have data, drawings or specicifications to permit full and open competition.Responsible sources are encouraged to submit technical information in writing that may be used to conduct a future competitive procurement.
