NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE -- The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) laboratory facility in Morgantown, WV has a requirement to purchase one each of a TSI Model 3022A-S condensation particle counter with fast-scanning EPROM. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with TSI, Inc., St. Paul, MN. Software has already been written and developed for use with this equipment and for reasons of compatibility and maintainability, TSI equipment is required. These modules or compatible modules are not available from any other known source. Organizations who believe they can provide the required license and support may respond within 10 calendar days after publication of this notice. Responses shall be submitted to: Brenda L.
