The government intends to award a sole source contract to Vaisala, Inc., 194 S. Taylor Ave., Louisville, CO 80027-3024, for the purchase of two (2)TTB329 Tether Balloons W/Pouch and ten (10) TTS111 Tethersonde. Vaisala is the original designer and manufacturer of product and has proprietary rights. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
