The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to enter into negotiations for a firm fixed price contract on a full and open competition basis for a quantity of one (1) Two axis motion table with temperature chamber and motion controller. A portion of the specifications include but are not limited to the following: The two-axis rate table shall consist of an outer tilt axis and an inner table axis. Both axes must be capable of precision position, rate, and acceleration control. The rate-table controller must provide a touch-screen human interface with analog and digital interfaces. The table must be equipped with a temperature chamber capable of both heating and cooling. The temperature chamber must be removable to provide a larger testing area when temperature testing is not required. The tilt axis shall have a 360 degree of motion to accommodate the required range of motion.
