The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Upgrade, part number CL1019U to Model CL1019 laser (Quantity – 2 each). This requirement is sole sourced to COE Optics LLC, 4113 Thames River Place, Harrisburg, NC 28075-9692 due to unique capability. This upgrade is a direct replacement for parts in previously purchased Er:YAG laser system. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
