The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Seafloor Systems, Inc. located at 4415 Commodity Way in Shingle Springs, California, for an Applanix RTK POS MV WaveMaster II GNSS aided inertial navigation system. This requirement is in support of the USGS Woods Hole Science Center (WHSC) in Falmouth, Massachusetts. There are no option years Seafloor Systems, Inc. is the only known source to provide the required equipment.
