This requirement is sole sourced to Pope Scientific, 351 Dekora Woods Blvd., Saukville, WI, 53080 as the only vendor able to produce these items based on extensive market research to find the body of the still to be more than 5 inches in diamer and made of glass with the advantage of sight visibility. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
