Any firms believing that they can provide the upgrade to the Model CL1019 flashlamp pumped Er:YAG Laser with such high power in multimode and single mode operation may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Er:YAG Laser, Model CL1019 Upgrade without causing programmatic hardship.
