The Veterans Administration Nashville VA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Agilent Technologies for components of the Agilent HPLC Model: 1260 Infinity II to include: 1 G7112B: 1260 Infinity II Binary Pump, 1 G7129A: 1260 Infinity II Vial sampler and 1 G7117C: 1260 Infinity II Diode Array Detector HS. The VA previously procured an Agilent HPLC Model 1100 and this new equipment is replacing that. To ensure continuity of research an Agilent HPLC is required, and the interested vendor must be able to process a trade in of Model 1100 towards this purchase. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Friday, May 15, 4:00 PM EST.
