SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Field Analyzer The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to Service disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Corps Biologics LLC, 1493 E. Shores Blvd., Gulf Breeze, FL 32563 for a field analyzer. The field analyzer plots visual field loss against the patients age, as well as rate of progression. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, July 30, 2021 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.  A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
