SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Vision Screening The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to Service disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The NAICS code is 333314with a small business size standard of 500. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with one of Welch Allyn s, 4341 State St., Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153, SDVOSB distributors for a Vision Screener. The field analyzer plots visual field loss against the patients age, as well as rate of progression. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, July 30, 2021 at 5PM EST.
