Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, ITEC4-W intends to award a noncompetitive sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Integrity Data, Inc. for 20 Canon EOS 5D Mark II reset kits for the 55th Combat Camera Company, 21st Signal Brigade, Fort Meade, Maryland. The Justification and Approval (J&A), citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about the third week of August of 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this requirement and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
