Provide one (1) complete imaging system that consists of a 320x256 snapshot integration QWIP FPA, utilizing a Stirling cycle cooler, FPA scanning electronics, providing a 14-bit digital output for recording with COTS frame grabbers, and a high-speed digital data recording system capable of recording the FPA data at the maximum specified frame rates for sustained periods to hard disk. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee. Performance period will be thirty (30) days after notice of award. Request for Proposal will be available on or about 11 May 2007 with a response date of 7 June 2007 at 2PM Central Standard Time. NOTE: Request for Proposals will only be available electronically at the FBO website. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available.
