This requirement is to f urnish, install and provide training for twelve (12) cardiog raph units that can interface with the current EKG managemen t system (server) Tracemaster at the Clinical Research Cente r, located in Bethesda, Maryland. The government has determ ined that Roche Diagnostics is the only known source who can supply these items. The requirement is being processed in accordance with the si mplified acquisition procedures as stated in FAR 13.106-(b)( 1).
