The Bureau of Engraving & Printing intends to place an order with Microblend LLC, Inc. for 1,100 gallons of BEP #20000168, Detergent, water based clear non-viscous liquid, intaglio green cleaning solution. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See note 22.
