This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The US Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, has a requirement for the following line items in suppor t of the US Army operations for Iraqi Freedom: CLIN 0001: Carboxen 569 20/45 MESH, Supelco PN: 11048-U, qty of 90 each; CLIN 0002: TENAX GR 20/35 MESH 500GR, Supelco PN: 11049-U, qty of 15. Delivery shall be FOB to the Aberdeen Proving Ground Receiving Center. Delivery shall be at earliest date possible, estimated timeframe 7-10 days ARO. FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures, applies. The items must meet required product descript ion. No substitutes shall be accepted.
